We open Settings → Call intelligence and set auto-record to "All meetings", so every upcoming calendar event with a video link — Meet, Teams or Zoom — gets the notetaker, with any single meeting excludable. In the call itself xhuman shows up as a visible participant with a RECORDING pill at the top, so nobody is recorded quietly. Afterwards every call lands in Network → Calls, grouped by day, each row showing duration, who hosted, and whether notes are ready or still processing. Open one and you get headed, timestamped notes on the left and the full speaker-labeled transcript on the right, with "Find in transcript" search. The recording plays inline, so a timestamp in the notes takes you straight to the moment it came from.
1:59Ask for founders and CEOs of US protein snack companies doing $20M or more — xhuman previews five matches, asks what the outreach is for, then hands you match conditions and a 3-step email sequence to approve before it runs.
1:18Attach a CSV of 50 companies and ask for the CEO or founder at each — xhuman checks whether you also want outreach, then builds a sourcing campaign and fills a live people table, one contact per company.
1:28Ask for one more detail — "add where they went to college in the email" — and xhuman adds a research column, rewrites the first-touch copy with a guard so the line drops cleanly when the answer is missing, then fills all 121 rows.
