Controller

We're seeking an experienced Controller to lead our finance operations and drive strategic financial management for our growing loyalty platform. In this role, you'll own P&L responsibility, oversee accounting and financial reporting, and partner closely with executive leadership to support our next stage of growth. You'll work with a dynamic team serving Brazilian financial institutions and retail partners, bringing rigor and clarity to our financial operations.

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions
• Prepare and manage monthly/quarterly financial statements in compliance with Brazilian accounting standards (IFRS/BR GAAP)
• Own the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close processes
• Develop and monitor financial controls, internal audit procedures, and risk management frameworks
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
• Build and mentor a finance team as the company scales

You have 5+ years of hands-on finance experience, ideally including controller-level responsibilities or equivalent. You're fluent in Brazilian accounting standards (IFRS and BR GAAP) and comfortable navigating the local regulatory environment. You bring a strategic mindset—not just execution, but the ability to shape financial strategy and communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders. You're detail-oriented, proactive about identifying risks and opportunities, and thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment. Experience managing holding company structures, multi-company consolidation, and inter-company accounting is essential. Experience in fintech, loyalty programs, or B2B financial services is a plus.
