Every entry is a change a customer can see or use. Dates are the day the change merged; it reaches every account with the next production release, usually the same day. Security fixes are noted here when they change how you use the product; service disruptions are recorded on the status page.

Standing LinkedIn invitations

  • Ask for LinkedIn connection requests to go out "constantly" and it becomes a standing campaign that keeps the queue full inside your daily limits — and the agent no longer declines a connection-request ask on a fresh thread.

Calls, campaign replies, and honest send limits

  • Calls is a top-level section: what is coming up on your calendar and whether xhuman will join, every recorded call with its notes and transcript, and one-click meeting prep.
  • Campaign replies in /mail: read each reply as the full thread, answer it in place, and see at a glance which ones still need you.
  • A campaign can run several sequences — different messages for different segments — as one campaign.
  • Column research in the sourcing table stops when you run out of credits and says so, instead of quietly stalling.
  • Every connected mailbox is listed with its daily send ceiling, so the account-wide limit is visible where you set campaign caps.
  • Identity enrichment reaches every row of a sourcing table, and the table says what it found.

Network sharing, and /mail for every subscriber

  • Share your network with a teammate — your LinkedIn connections, the people you email, or both — and search the networks colleagues have shared with you. Matches come back labelled "via " so you always know whose contact it is.
  • /mail is on for every subscriber: a ranked, person-centred inbox — Waiting on you, Campaigns, Opportunities, Waiting on them — redesigned to one signal per row, with a reader that folds quoted text and signatures away.
  • The mail reader renders HTML email with inline images, on a wider column.
  • The Opportunity Inbox reads arriving mail and LinkedIn messages against your goals and surfaces the fits.
  • Every module in the sidebar has its own Status page, and a live campaign looks live.
  • Reminder mailboxes (for example Superhuman reminders) are treated as system senders, not people.

Teams pricing, and a guided first minute

  • Teams: a sales-led option for five or more seats, with one qualification step on the pricing page.
  • Onboarding walks you through your first search in one guided path, and all six find-a-human paths were audited end to end.
  • The trial says "free" where it is free, and /find buys the product rather than a single search.

The ladder starts at Pro

  • Free and Plus are retired. Everyone already on them keeps what they have. Pro is the first rung, with a free trial.

Usage, credits, and one profile per person

  • /usage shows what xhuman did for you, in one place.
  • Auto-reload for usage credits, so a campaign never stops mid-send; an out-of-credits banner on the composer offers an upgrade or an invite-and-earn path.
  • One shared person profile across /mail and /network.
  • The whole email sequence is one card, editable inline by the agent.

Light mode, connector guides

  • The app has a light mode, and the dark one stops being blue.
  • /connectors: one guide per tool the agent works inside — mail, calendar, CRM, LinkedIn, meetings, docs, job boards, channels.
  • Onboarding's first minute is one guided path, and it starts with a question.

Holidays are weekends

  • A public holiday is treated like a weekend for outreach sends, per recipient's country.
  • Chat is faster, and it shows its thinking while it works.
  • The homepage is repositioned on the network.

The Search Plan

  • Every search ask is split into Find and Then-check, and the plan is editable at every stage.
  • A first name the greeting would get wrong is repaired from your own mail, held otherwise — and you are told.
  • A campaign row shows what you already know about the person before you write to them.
  • The campaign rules card shows the mailbox ceiling its daily cap sits inside.

Outreach strategy as a diagram

  • The outreach strategy is an editable diagram of email and LinkedIn touch points, with a per-person journey.
  • Network lists: a person can be on many lists, and any list opens as a table.
  • Columns in the network table move and resize by their header, and it sticks.

Case studies, screenshots, mailbox defaults

  • /cases: how investors, bankers, recruiters and founders use xhuman, anonymised.
  • Screenshots are a first-class chat attachment.
  • Choose your default mailbox and a test-send address; email bodies read like email.
  • Unfinished email copy is shown to you, and only the people it affects are held.
  • One Feedback door in the app, routed to the engineer who ships.

Warm invites, and your voice everywhere

  • Warm-connection invites: ranked suggestions, one-click bulk send, an editable note.
  • xhuman learns how you write and uses it everywhere the product writes as you.
  • A ping when someone is waiting on your reply.

Zoom links, and /find

  • "Send them a Zoom link" works on Google and Outlook calendars.
  • xhuman.com/find: start with a qualifying search.
  • Hiring: set up a role one piece at a time, in the language the candidate reads.

Human deep search

  • A full dossier on one person, with an identity check.
  • The email card is the sequence editor.
  • Contact profiles are minted from the mail you already have.

Standing rules, and campaign setup in chat

  • Standing rules the agent remembers on every future conversation — some, like first-name capitalization in outreach, are enforced on every email at send time.
  • Outreach defaults: daily cap, send window, timezone, tone, language, cc/bcc and sender, set once for every future campaign.
  • Set up a campaign by locking in one piece at a time, in chat.
  • A mailbox has one day of sending capacity, and every campaign shares it visibly.
  • A branded email template pasted into the composer keeps its structure instead of being flattened to plain text.
  • A third capability world on the home screen: "Run my day".
