Connectors

The tools you already use, with an agent inside.

xhuman is an opportunity agent. It finds the right people, reaches out, follows up and keeps every relationship warm — from inside the tools you already use: mail and calendar (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar), your team’s CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), your network (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Instagram, YouTube), meetings and notes (Granola, Zoom), docs (Notion, Google Docs, Google Drive, GitHub), job boards (Greenhouse, Ashby, Indeed) and your phone (Telegram, SMS).

Every connection is authorized on the provider’s own sign-in screen, disconnects from the same row, and sends nothing — no email, message or CRM note — without your approval.

01

Pick the tool in Settings.

Gmail, Outlook and Google Calendar live under Email & Calendar; Telegram and SMS under Channels; job boards under Job boards; everything else under Other connectors.

02

Approve in the provider's own window.

A window opens on the provider's sign-in and permissions screen. It is their form, not ours — xhuman never sees or stores your password.

03

It's connected.

The row reads Connected, syncing starts where there is something to bring in, and Disconnect sits in the same row's menu whenever you want it.

Mail & calendar

Where the agent starts: what needs a reply, and when you are free.

CRM

Your interactions reach the team's system; the team's context reaches you.

Social & media

Who you know and what you pay attention to, beyond the inbox.

Meetings & notes

What was said, filed to the people who said it.

Docs & knowledge

What you have written, answerable and cited.

Recruiting

Roles published once, listed everywhere they should be.

Channels

The agent where you already are: your phone.
