Connect Instagram and your public presence joins the Social view of your mind. It is read-only, and it works with Business and Creator accounts only.

02Connect Instagram in 4 steps
- Switch to a Business or Creator account if you have not already.
In Instagram: Settings → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account. Personal accounts cannot be connected.
- Open Settings → Other connectors.
Instagram is listed under Social. Click Connect.
- Sign in and allow the permissions.
A window opens on Instagram's own sign-in screen. It is Instagram's form, not ours; xhuman never sees your password.
- Back in xhuman, the row reads Connected.
Your profile and recent media sync in over the following minutes.

Available on every plan, for Business and Creator accounts.
It never
- Posts, comments, likes or messages on your behalf.
- Reads follows or likes — Instagram does not expose them to this connector.
Your data
Profile and recent media are imported into your mind and Social view. Disconnecting from the same row stops syncing on the spot.
04Questions people ask
Can I connect a personal Instagram account?
No. Instagram exposes profile and media only for Business and Creator accounts. Switching is free and done inside Instagram under Account type and tools.
Does xhuman post on Instagram for me?
No. The connection is read-only.
Which plan do I need?
None in particular. Instagram connects on every plan, including the free one.
How do I disconnect?
Settings → Other connectors → the Instagram row's menu → Disconnect. You can also remove xhuman from Instagram's apps and websites settings.
