02Connect Ashby in 4 steps
- Open Settings → Job boards.
Ashby is listed with the other boards.
- Click Connect on the Ashby row.
Ashby asks you to authorize xhuman for your company's account. Creating the credential may need an Ashby admin; if the screen says so, ask them to connect it or to grant you the permission, then try again.
- Back in xhuman, the row reads Connected.
Choose which published roles mirror into Ashby; new roles follow the same setting.
- Publish a role.
It goes live on its public xhuman page and in your Ashby Job Board, and Indeed and Google for Jobs pick up the public page on their own.

Available on every plan. Pasting a Ashby-hosted role to score it needs no connection at all.
It never
- Edits or closes roles in Ashby that you did not publish from xhuman.
- Moves candidates through your Ashby pipeline — that stays in Ashby.
- Submits an application on anyone's behalf.
Your data
Credentials for Ashby are stored encrypted under a key that is yours alone, and disconnecting deletes them. Roles are mirrored out; nothing is imported from Ashby into your network.
