02Connect Greenhouse in 4 steps
- Open Settings → Job boards.
Greenhouse is listed with the other boards.
- Click Connect on the Greenhouse row.
Greenhouse asks you to authorize xhuman for your company's account. Creating the credential may need a Greenhouse Site Admin; if the screen says so, ask them to connect it or to grant you the permission, then try again.
- Back in xhuman, the row reads Connected.
Choose which published roles mirror into Greenhouse; new roles follow the same setting.
- Publish a role.
It goes live on its public xhuman page and in your Greenhouse Job Board, and Indeed and Google for Jobs pick up the public page on their own.

Availability
Available on every plan. Pasting a Greenhouse-hosted role to score it needs no connection at all.
It never
- Edits or closes roles in Greenhouse that you did not publish from xhuman.
- Moves candidates through your Greenhouse pipeline — that stays in Greenhouse.
- Submits an application on anyone's behalf.
Your data
Credentials for Greenhouse are stored encrypted under a key that is yours alone, and disconnecting deletes them. Roles are mirrored out; nothing is imported from Greenhouse into your network.

Do I need a Greenhouse account to use this?
Only to mirror roles into your Greenhouse Job Board. Pasting a Greenhouse-hosted role so xhuman can score it against your brief works without any connection.
Does xhuman read my Greenhouse candidates?
No. The connection publishes roles outward. Candidate records stay in Greenhouse; xhuman finds and contacts people through your own network and mailbox.
Which plan do I need?
None in particular. Greenhouse connects on every plan.
How do I disconnect?
Settings → Job boards → the Greenhouse row → Disconnect. Mirroring stops and the stored credential is deleted; roles already in Greenhouse stay there.
