Connect an AI agent to Google Calendar.
xhuman is an opportunity agent that reads and writes your Google Calendar. Connect it and the agent answers what is on today, checks when you are free across every connected calendar, creates events with a Google Meet or Zoom link and sends the invites. It can also send a notetaker into the meetings you choose and file the notes to the people who were in the room.
01What the agent does in Google Calendar

02Connect Google Calendar in 5 steps
- Open Settings → Email & Calendar.
Google Calendar has its own row beside Gmail. Google grants calendar access separately from mail, so it has its own Connect button even for the same account.
- Click Connect.
A window opens on Google's own sign-in and permissions screen. It is Google's form, not ours; xhuman never sees your password.
- Choose the account and accept the permissions.
Google lists exactly what xhuman may do with the calendar. Approve to continue.
- Back in xhuman, the row reads Connected.
Upcoming and recent events are available to the agent straight away.
- Ask it something.
"Am I free Thursday afternoon?" reads the calendar. "Set up 30 minutes with Dana next week and send the invite" opens the event card.

Availability
Available on every plan. Works alongside an Outlook calendar; free-slot checks read every connected calendar together.
It never
- Creates, changes or deletes an event without a card you confirmed.
- Joins a meeting you did not ask it to, or one you excluded — and the notetaker announces in the meeting that it is recording.
- Shares your calendar with anyone; free-slot answers describe your availability, not your appointments.
Your data
Events are read to answer your requests and to weigh relationships in your network. Disconnecting from the same row stops all calendar access on the spot.
04Questions people ask
I connected Gmail. Do I need to connect Google Calendar separately?
Yes. Google grants calendar access separately from mail, so the calendar has its own Connect button and its own consent screen, even for the same Google account.
Will it put events on my calendar without asking?
No. Creating, changing or deleting an event opens a card, and its Create or Save button is the confirmation. Reading your calendar and checking free time need no approval.
Does the notetaker join every meeting?
Only the ones you allow. Ask it to join a specific call, or turn on auto-join for meetings with a video link and exclude any you want kept private. The bot posts a notice in the meeting that it is recording.
Which plan do I need?
None in particular. Google Calendar connects on every plan, including the free one.
How do I disconnect?
Open Settings → Email & Calendar, open the Google Calendar row's menu and choose Disconnect. Calendar access stops immediately; notes from meetings already recorded stay in your account.
