Connect an AI agent to Zoom.

xhuman is an opportunity agent that puts a Zoom link on the meetings it arranges for you. Connect Zoom and ask for a Zoom link on any invite — xhuman creates a fresh meeting on your own Zoom account and puts the join link on the calendar invite. Bookings on your scheduling links do the same automatically, with the link in your guest's confirmation email too.

What the agent does in Zoom

  • Puts a Zoom link on the invite.

Ask for Zoom when the agent sets up a meeting and the event carries a fresh Zoom link created on your account, not a shared room.

  • Covers your scheduling links.

When someone books time through one of your scheduling links, the booking gets its own Zoom meeting and the link lands in their confirmation email.

  • Stays yours.

Every meeting is created on your own Zoom account, with your settings and your recordings.

Connect Zoom in 4 steps

  1. Open Settings → Other connectors.

    Zoom is listed under Communication.

  2. Click Connect.

A window opens on Zoom's own sign-in and authorization screen. It is Zoom's form, not ours; xhuman never sees your password.

  3. Authorize xhuman to create meetings.

Zoom lists the permission. Allow to continue.

  4. Back in xhuman, the row reads Connected.

From now on, ask for a Zoom link on any invite, or set Zoom as the conferencing on a scheduling link.

Good to know

Availability

Available on every plan, on any Zoom account that can create meetings.

It never

  • Joins or records a call through this connection — the notetaker joins from the meeting link on your calendar and does not need Zoom connected.
  • Imports anything into your mind — the connection exists only to create meetings.

Your data

Nothing is imported. xhuman stores only the reference it needs to create meetings on your account, and disconnecting removes it.

Questions people ask

Does xhuman need Zoom connected to take notes on my Zoom calls?

No. The notetaker joins from the meeting link on your calendar, whether the call is on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Connecting Zoom is about creating meetings on your account, not joining them.

Which Zoom account does the meeting live on?

Yours. Every meeting xhuman creates is on the Zoom account you connected, with your settings.

Which plan do I need?

None in particular. Zoom connects on every plan, including the free one.

How do I disconnect?

Settings → Other connectors → the Zoom row's menu → Disconnect. New invites fall back to Google Meet; meetings already created stay on your Zoom account.
