Connect an AI agent to Notion.
xhuman is an opportunity agent that reads your Notion pages and databases into the living model it keeps of you, so what you wrote there informs what it finds, drafts and answers. Connect Notion once and it keeps syncing; ask what you decided about pricing last spring and the answer cites the page. The same knowledge is reachable from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through xhuman's MCP connector.
01What the agent does in Notion
- Imports your pages and databases.
Your personal knowledge system feeds your twin's understanding, alongside your mail, meetings and network.
- Answers from what you wrote, with citations.
Questions about your own thinking come back grounded in the page they came from, not paraphrased from memory.
- Keeps it current.
Syncs run on a schedule after the first import; the row in Settings shows Importing, Processing, then Ready.
- Travels to your other AI clients.
Over MCP, Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can search and read the same mind — see Connect over MCP on the connectors index.
02Connect Notion in 4 steps
- Open Settings → Other connectors.
Notion is listed under Productivity. Click Connect.
- Choose what Notion shares.
Notion's own screen asks which pages xhuman may read. Pick pages or a whole workspace; you can change this later in Notion's Connections settings.
- Approve.
Back in xhuman a banner reads Connected Notion — syncing starts now. The row shows Importing while pages come in and Ready when they are searchable.
- Ask it.
"Search my mind for everything I wrote about onboarding" or "what did I decide about pricing" — in xhuman, or from Claude over MCP.
03Good to know
Availability
Available on every plan. The pages you import count toward your plan's training-words cap, which sizes the corpus your twin learns from.
It never
- Creates, edits or deletes a Notion page — the connection is read-only.
- Reads pages you did not share on Notion's screen.
Your data
Imported text lives in your mind, private to you and to the AI clients you authorize over MCP. Disconnecting revokes xhuman's access to Notion.
04Questions people ask
What does xhuman read from Notion?
The pages and databases you grant on Notion's own screen, as readable text. Nothing you did not share.
Does it write to my Notion?
No. It cannot create, edit or delete pages.
Is Notion free to connect, and are there limits?
Free on every plan. Imported pages count toward the training-words cap on your plan, which is what sizes how much your twin can learn from.
How do I disconnect?
Settings → Other connectors → the row's menu → Disconnect. Syncing stops on the spot; what was already imported is yours to manage under Settings → Data.
