Connect an AI agent to Salesforce.

xhuman is an opportunity agent that connects to Salesforce to share your work with your team and to read the team's context back. Connect Salesforce and the interactions you own — emails, replies, meetings — reach the CRM your team works from, logged with your approval. Before you reach out to anyone, xhuman shows you what the team already knows: who owns the account, what stage it is at, who touched them last.

What the agent does in Salesforce

  • Tells you what the team knows before you write.

Ask about a person and xhuman reads Salesforce for the account owner, the lifecycle or deal stage, open deals and the last activity anyone on the team logged — and says plainly when a colleague owns the account.

  • Logs your emails and meetings to Salesforce, with your approval.

One card names who changes and that your whole team will see it. Nothing is written until you approve, and the card is never bundled into a batch approval.

  • Adds people Salesforce does not hold yet.

Logging an interaction with someone not in the CRM creates the contact, then lands the activity on it. If a colleague created the record first, xhuman updates theirs rather than making a duplicate.

  • Keeps campaign activity in the CRM automatically, if you switch it on.

Sends and replies from outreach campaigns you launch can be logged as they happen — an opt-in switch under Settings → Team CRM, off by default. A reply is filed as an incoming activity, so the timeline says the account answered.

  • Knows what counts as team business.

Only interactions on your company's domains are shared. Your personal mailbox, personal addresses and your own colleagues never reach the CRM, and a Never share list outranks everything, campaigns included.

Connect Salesforce in 6 steps

  1. Open Settings → Other connectors.

    Salesforce is listed under CRM.

  2. Click Connect on the Salesforce row.

A window opens on Salesforce's own sign-in and permissions screen. It is Salesforce's form, not ours; xhuman never sees your password.

  3. Sign in to Salesforce and accept the permissions it lists.

Some Salesforce orgs restrict which connected apps a user may authorize. If the screen says so, ask your Salesforce administrator to allow xhuman, then try again.

  4. Back in xhuman, the row reads Connected.

Open Settings → Team CRM: it checks that Salesforce actually answers, because a connection can authenticate and still be missing a permission. You will see Connected or Needs attention, and which is which.

  5. Say what counts as team business.

Enter your company's domains, or leave the field empty and xhuman infers them from the addresses on your account. Add Always share and Never share domains if you need them, and decide whether campaign activity logs automatically. It is off until you turn it on.

  6. Ask it something.

"What does the team know about dana@acme.com?" reads Salesforce. "Log yesterday's call with Dana to Salesforce" opens an approval card.

Availability

Available on every plan, with no add-on. Reading team context and sharing your activity are switched on separately — the Team CRM settings page tells you which is live for your account.

It never

  • Imports Salesforce contacts into your network — contacts the CRM holds for other people stay theirs and never become your relationships.
  • Writes to Salesforce without an approval, apart from the campaign activity you opted in to.
  • Pushes a personal thread — if xhuman cannot tell whether something is work, it leaves it out and tells you.

Your data

Team context is read from Salesforce when you ask and is not stored in xhuman. Notes xhuman writes carry a small xhuman marker so its own writes are never mistaken for news coming back from Salesforce.

Questions people ask

Does xhuman import my Salesforce contacts?

No. Salesforce holds the relationships your team owns; xhuman holds the ones you own. It reads Salesforce for context about a person you are already dealing with and writes your own interactions out. A record Salesforce holds for somebody else never becomes one of your contacts, in your directory or anywhere else.

What permissions does it need, and is it safe?

You authorize xhuman on Salesforce's own screen and can revoke it from Salesforce or from xhuman at any time. Reads happen per request and are not stored. Every write is shown to you first, names the record and says the team will see it; the only unattended writes are campaign sends and replies, and only if you switched that on.

Will it write to Salesforce without asking me?

Only campaign activity, and only after you turn on automatic logging under Settings → Team CRM. Even then it logs only interactions on domains you count as team business, and a domain on your Never share list is never logged, campaign or not.

Where do the notes land in Salesforce?

As classic Salesforce Notes on the contact, alongside the logged activity. Orgs that have moved to Enhanced Notes may not show them in the notes feed; the activity timeline still carries the interaction.

Which plan do I need, and what does it cost?

Salesforce connects on every plan. There is no add-on, and reading or writing team context uses no credits.

How do I disconnect, and what happens to what was logged?

Settings → Other connectors → the Salesforce row's menu → Disconnect. xhuman stops reading and writing on the spot; anything still waiting to be shared is not sent. Notes and activities already in Salesforce stay there — they are your team's records, in your team's system.
