Connect an AI agent to Outlook.

xhuman is an opportunity agent that works inside your Outlook mailbox. Connect it and the agent tells you what needs a reply, drafts each answer in your voice and sends only when you approve, from the address the message arrived at. Outlook also brings your Microsoft calendar, so the agent can find free time, send invites and join the Teams meetings you allow.

What the agent does in Outlook

  • Finds what needs a reply.

Ask what you need to respond to and it scans the last seven days, including mail you opened and never answered, and lists each message with a suggested reply.

  • Drafts in your voice, sends on your click.

Every reply opens as an editable card with a Send button. The button is the approval; nothing leaves your account until you press it.

  • Works through the inbox with you.

Inbox Zero walks the pending messages one card at a time: read, edit, send or skip, and ask for a rewrite in plain words.

  • Books the meeting inside the reply.

When someone asks for time, it creates the event on your Microsoft calendar first and puts the join link in the reply.

  • Runs outreach from your own address.

Campaigns to people you find or already know go out from your Outlook mailbox, paced inside business hours, with follow-ups that stop the moment someone replies.

  • Knows your address book.

Outlook imports names, email addresses, companies and job titles from your address book into your network. It does not import mailbox history or communication cadence; the mailbox itself is read live when you ask.

  • Runs your Microsoft calendar.

Free-slot checks, invites and event changes work on your Outlook calendar, and the notetaker can join the Teams meetings you allow.

Connect Outlook in 5 steps

  1. Open Settings → Email & Calendar.

Outlook has its own row. If a mailbox is already connected, the button reads Add another — you can connect several Microsoft accounts.

  2. Click Connect.

A window opens on Microsoft's own sign-in screen. It is Microsoft's form, not ours; xhuman never sees your password.

  3. Sign in and accept the permissions.

Microsoft lists what xhuman may do with the mailbox and calendar. If your organization restricts new apps, the screen will say that an administrator has to approve it first — see the question on admin approval below.

  4. Back in xhuman, the row reads Connected.

A banner confirms the mailbox. Your address-book contacts begin appearing in your network within minutes, and the calendar is available to the agent straight away.

  5. Ask it something.

"What do I need to reply to?" scans the mailbox. "Am I free Thursday afternoon?" reads the calendar.

Good to know

Availability

Available on every plan. Connect as many Outlook mailboxes as you like; each shows separately, and a reply always leaves from the address the message arrived at.

It never

  • Sends an email without a card you approved — the Send button is the approval.
  • Sends more than three emails at once on one approval; a larger batch is scheduled at least ten minutes out so you can cancel it.
  • Imports your mailbox history into your twin — only address-book contacts are imported; mail is read live, when you ask.

Your data

Contacts are imported to build your network; mail and calendar are read to answer your requests. Disconnecting from the same row stops all reading and sending on the spot.

Questions people ask

My organization blocks new apps. Can I still connect Outlook?

Your Microsoft 365 administrator has to approve xhuman first. If Microsoft's screen says approval is required, ask your admin to grant it or to add xhuman to the allowed apps, then click Connect again. This is the most common reason an Outlook connection fails at larger firms, and it is a policy on your tenant, not a fault in the connection.

Does xhuman send emails without asking me?

No. Every one-off email opens as a card with a Send button, and the button is the approval. Campaigns are the exception you set up yourself: at most three emails go out immediately per approval, and a larger batch is scheduled at least ten minutes out so you can cancel it.

What does xhuman import from Outlook?

Names, email addresses, companies and job titles from your address book. It does not import your mailbox history, recent threads or how often you write to people — the mailbox is read live when you ask a question or start a campaign.

Does it cover my Microsoft calendar and Teams?

Yes. The Outlook connection powers your Microsoft calendar for free-slot checks, invites and event changes, and the notetaker can join Teams meetings you allow.

Which plan do I need?

None in particular. Outlook connects on every plan, including the free one.

How do I disconnect?

Open Settings → Email & Calendar, open the Outlook row's menu and choose Disconnect. Reading and sending stop immediately. What was imported into your network is yours to manage under Settings → Data.
