02Link Telegram in 4 steps
- Open Settings → Channels.
Telegram is the first card.
- Scan the code or tap the link.
A QR code and a link to the xhuman bot appear. Scan with your phone's camera, or tap the link on the phone.
- Tap Start in Telegram.
That one tap links the chat to your account. Back in xhuman the card reads Connected with your Telegram handle.
- Say hello.
Ask what needs your reply today. Everything the agent can do in the app, it can do from here.

Availability
Available on every plan. If you link SMS too, notifications go to both by default — tell the agent if you want only one.
It never
- Messages anyone but you — the chat is a private line between you and your agent.
- Sends an email, a LinkedIn message or a CRM write from the chat without the same approval card the app shows.
Your data
Messages you send and files you forward are stored in your mind like anything else you add. Unlink from the same card to stop the channel.
04Questions people ask
Is the Telegram agent the same as the one in the app?
Yes. One agent, one memory. Anything you tell it in Telegram it knows in the app, and the other way round.
Can it send emails or messages from Telegram?
It can draft them, and it asks before anything leaves — the same approval as in the app. Nothing is sent to a third party because you said so in a chat without a card you confirmed.
What happens when I forward something?
Emails, photos and PDFs you forward are saved into your mind, where the agent can search and cite them later.
Which plan do I need?
None in particular. Telegram links on every plan, including the free one.
How do I unlink?
Settings → Channels → the Telegram card → Unlink. The chat stops answering on the spot; you can also block the bot in Telegram.
